Terms & Conditions - The Primary renter is at least 21 years of age. - All rules, regulations, terms, and conditions will be adhered to by all guests. - Only registered guests are permitted to stay at Summer at The Lake. Tents, campers, or trailers with additional guests are not allowed. - The cabin and grounds will be left in the same reasonable neat, clean, and maintained condition as it was upon your arrival. - Guests will be monetarily responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or for any damage that is deemed to be deliberate or unreasonable as determined by Summer at The Lake. - Pets are not allowed without pre-authorization and applicable fees paid. The number and types of pets are limited to those included in the reservation. A pet policy will be provided to all guests with pets. - Guests are required to disclose any damage or maintenance issues that occur during their stay. We fully understand that accidents do happen, and damages will be reviewed accordingly. - Guests are required to be respectful in regard to the residents in the neighborhood. Noise levels should also be monitored, especially after hours. - All guests are required to review and comply with the rules and information provided in the Information Guide. This guide is located in the cabin and should be reviewed upon arrival. - Guests are solely responsible for their well-being and do not hold Summer at The Lake or its owners liable or responsible for any personal injury, illness, or death. Guests personally assume all risks associated with the use of Summer at The Lake properties, amenities, watercraft, recreational items, and any other associations. Any incidences that occur while on Summer at The Lake properties or from associated services, supplies, structures, or items provided are also the sole responsibility of our guests. - By returning the signed Rental Agreement for your reservation, you will have acknowledged for yourself and on behalf of all of the guests in your party that you and your party have agreed to comply and accept all Terms & Conditions. - Summer at The Lake and its owners are authorized to monitor compliance during your stay without prior notification. Non-compliance may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
